About

A U.S. advisory firm built to make technology decisions defensible.

Founded in Baltimore in 2021. Independent of reseller programs. Accountable to the people who have to live with the decision.

Why we exist

Large technology failures in government, healthcare, and enterprise usually share a structure: the decision was made early, with incomplete system data and vendor-shaped inputs. Understanding arrived after the contract was signed.

The Freedom Project was created as an independent layer in that window — before the platform is chosen, before the spend is committed. The name is literal. Freedom from vendor capture. Freedom to decide with evidence.
