Service Agreement & Terms

Scope of Services

The Freedom Project provides digital solutions tailored to client needs, which may include but are not limited to: intake form development, website design and front-end UI/UX, CRM and API integrations, smart scheduling tools, AI automations (e.g. chatbots, lead routing), digital funnels, and business process optimization. Specific deliverables will be defined per project.

Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing clear requirements, content, access credentials (if needed), and timely feedback to ensure proper execution. Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.

General Disclaimer

The Freedom Project operates as a digital services provider and is not responsible for ensuring legal, regulatory, or compliance standards unless explicitly agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for verifying that tools, forms, or integrations meet the standards of their specific industry (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA, PCI, etc.).

HIPAA & Data Handling (if applicable)

For clients in the medical or healthcare space, The Freedom Project only builds front-end forms or portals. All medical/insurance data handling is deferred to the client’s infrastructure. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, no PHI is collected, stored, or retained on any system under our control.

Payment & Deliverables

Project scope, cost, and delivery timeline will be agreed upon prior to initiation. Payment terms are Net 10 from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified. Work begins after deposit or signed agreement, depending on terms.

Revisions & Ownership

Ownership of final code, files, and assets transfers to the Client upon full payment. The Freedom Project reserves the right to charge for revisions outside the original scope.

Limitation of Liability

The Freedom Project is not liable for third-party outages, service changes, platform failures, or improper use of tools by the Client. The Client agrees to use the solutions responsibly and indemnify The Freedom Project from any legal or financial claims resulting from misuse or misrepresentation.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing. Work completed before termination is billable at the agreed rate and must be paid in full.

Acceptance

By signing and submitting this agreement, the Client confirms they have received a detailed Project Proposal and accept the outlined scope of work, budget, and timeline. This agreement constitutes final authorization to begin work as specified in the proposal. A copy of this signed form will be sent to [email protected].
